*It is important to ensure that the administrative contact listed in the public WHOIS records is valid and up to date, as this address will be contacted to confirm the transfer.

You can verify what is listed at the whois here: https://www.rebel.com/Whois.aspx

It is also important to ensure all locks and holds have been removed from the domain prior to submitting a transfer request. Many registrars lock their domains by default when they are registered. Status should say OK not clientTransferProhibited

Most domain transfers should complete in 5 days from when the transfer has been confirmed by your administrative contact and initiated.

Your current registrar may be able to push your transfer to us earlier if you contact them.

Once payment goes through your domain will added to our transfer queue.

If you need any help throughout this process, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team.
